The objective of this study was to demonstrate the legal security in the process of financialization through the securitization of tokenization of the certificates of the green rural product and the titles of the carbon credits. An exploratory, descriptive, and documentary research was carried out with emphasis on the regulatory framework of securitizers, Law nº. 14.430/22. It was concluded that tokenization securitization has the potential to expand alternatives for financing and investments through innovative products such as the issuance of certificates of the green rural product and carbon credit titles, providing liquidity for secondary markets and sustainable development with low carbon. In addition to providing internal legal security, given the fiduciary alienation as a guarantee that constitutes the affected assets, legal definitions are necessary across jurisdictions.
